It is important to eat healthy food to perform at your best, both physically and mentally. The biggest change you can make in your diet is to cut out sugar, soft drink being the biggest culprit. What are the alternatives?

Replace snack foods with natural foods such as apples and if you have no allergies, nuts (cashews, almonds etc...). Avoid Fruit and Nut Bars as these often contain sugar.
